1. Business Identity

ScaleClinics provides GLP-1 and weight loss patient acquisition services for medical clinics and med spas. Our services include Meta advertising management, AI-powered appointment setting, landing page creation, and lead management. Communications from ScaleClinics may include service updates, appointment scheduling, strategy call coordination, and marketing messages (with consent).

2. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from ScaleClinics, you agree to the following:

  • Message types: You may receive non-marketing messages (appointment reminders, service updates, scheduling confirmations) and, if separately consented to, marketing messages (special offers, promotions, service announcements).
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for non-marketing purposes, and up to 4 messages per month for marketing purposes.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from ScaleClinics unless you re-opt-in.

4. Carrier Liability

Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network provider. ScaleClinics is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier issues.

5. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, submit forms on our website, or opt in to receive text messages from ScaleClinics. By using our services or providing your information, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

6. Service Terms

ScaleClinics provides patient acquisition services on a subscription basis. Our standard engagement includes:

  • $2,000/month management fee
  • $2,000/month minimum ad spend (paid directly to Meta)
  • Minimum 3-month initial commitment
  • Month-to-month after initial term, with 30 days written notice to cancel

Our 60-consultation guarantee applies to qualified, in-person GLP-1 consultation appointments delivered within the first 90 days of service. If we do not deliver 60 confirmed appointments in 90 days, we will continue providing services at no additional management cost until the guarantee is met.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data.

8. Limitation of Liability

ScaleClinics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
